At Delbrook Recreation Centre, you can mix ‘n’ match dif- ferent camps for variety and still come out with child care for the day. Delbrook wants your child to be happy, challenged and safe this summer. For the first time ever, Delbrook kas half-day summer camps “‘super deluxe’. Parents can register their child or children for a half day, a full day, a week or all summer. Half- day programs run 8:30 2.m.-12:30 p.m. or 1 to § p.1n. Activities include special events, sports, cooking, community activi- ties, swimming and more. Or for something a little dif- ferent, many speciality half-day camps will also be offered. Sports camps run from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. daily. The focus will be on a variety of sports, in- cluding softball, soccer, basket- ball, many racquet sports, team and individual sports. If sports 1s not your bag, try *Bout a Dance Camp. Each camp runs for four hours a day in the JUNE 19/38 morning or afternoon with instruc- tor Rosanne Johnson. There will be a variety of dances including ballet, jazz and tap. Each session will also include a swim. Squash and racquetball camps will be offered at Delbrook this summer. Each camp will run from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. This will include a swim during program time. Join into the half-day program if you require additional child care. And what would a summer be without tennis? Improve your child's tennis skills with three hours of tennis per day and a swim afterwards. Tennis camps run from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Check the Leisure Guide for dates and times.
