The Social Plan is a set of Goals and Objectives that seeks to maintain and enhance the quality of life in the City, and to address community social issues through identified actions. The Plan is based on a Vision ~ Statement and four Value Statements which have guided the development «of the Goals and Objectives. . “The Social Plan in effect, will provide a framework for City responses -.-: in areas such as youth, children and families, seniors, housing, communi- ‘ty services, people with disabilities, cultural diversity, arts and culture commitr:tiy. safety, emergency preparedness and leisure services.
