Sound Reform MP Herb Grubel
said “both sides lost.”

Grubel said all of Canada aid
“clearly Quebec” wants change that
the “Reform Party has been pushing
for for along time.”

“We are all very happy that there
is no clear mandate for the Bloc to
break up the country,” said Grubel.

North Vancouver Reform MP
Ted White said that a lot of people
who were “fairly happy” on referen-
dum night realize in “the cold light
of day that it is a very serious situa-
tion”
