THE Harmony Arts Festival launched
its 10-day arts extravaganza with a
lively reception at W.V. Seniors
Activity Centre on Aug. 9. The affair,
which was attended by special
guests, dedicated volunteers and cre-
ative artists, included groovy music,
refreshments and thank you speech-
