Choirs sing for kids GET INTO the spirit of giving with Carols for Kids, a special fundraiser featuring the 12 choirs of Christmas. The North Shore Chorus hosts a feast of carols at a gala concert with a dozen choirs and more than 500 singers. Carols for Kids takes place at the Capilano College Sportsplex on Sunday, Dec. 5 at 3 p-m. And it’s for a good cause, rais- ing money for the Canuck Place Hospice and collecting food for North Shore Harvest food bank. Many of the Lower Mainland’s top choirs have volunteered to perform at this unique fundraising event.
