VANCOUVER RCMP were successful in finding three Yehicles stolen in separate incidents recently. The first incident occurred Jan. 30, when a North Yancouver resident reported her vehicle stolen by her foster son. Police located the vehicle at 4:15 a.m., and arrested the driver, a young offender. At the resident's request theft charges were laid against him, but the youth was charged with driving without a driver's licence. That same day, at 11 p.m., a passing tugboat observed a partial- ly submerged white van near Cates Park. ’. Shortly after midnight two RCMP divers recovered the vechicle, reported stolen in October, 1986. The third incident was also reported to police Jan. 30. The car was spotted by a police officer at Cloverly Street and Keith Road ..
