Here’s an interesting barbecue sauce that I tried over pork butt steaks, cut into medium-sized pieces. _ Chinese Orange Juice % cup soy sauce % cup fine-shred orange marmalade _Croughly 2 of a small jar) 3 cloves garlic, fincly minced 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root freshly cracked pepper Blend all ingredients and use to baste pork.
