and Divorce’’ will cover the
laws that concern the mar-
riage contract, of common
law marriage, and all the
aspects touched by them -
property, children, in-
heritance, and proposed
changes to the Family Rela-
tions Law. Could be just
what you need to give you
confidence in an area where
emotion may make it dif-
ficult for you to act com-
pletely rationally.

On October 13, another
free lecture takes place at
Boundary, again a very time-
ly topic, ‘‘Mortgage Ren-
tals’’. We’re fortunate these
free lectures, given by ex-
perts, are ours for the taking,
so do take, and find out all
there is to know about
renewals and even (sign)
foreclosures.

On October 29, there'll be
another ‘‘Night School in a
Day’”’ workshop, with
twenty-five topics; everything

“from ‘‘Russian Cooking’’ to
**Bobbin Lace Making’’. In
between you’re offered such
skills as ‘‘Soapstone Carv-
ing’’, where the stone is pro-
vided and you'll be able to
create a simple carving right
then and there. But get your
pencil: if this ts your interest,
you're to bring hacksaw,
wood rasp, flat and round
files, small rat-tail file,
jgacknife or other carving
knives, pencil, ruler, small
square and several grades of
wet-dry sandpaper.

The ‘*Songwriting’’ course
needs no experience in music,
but you’ll have an opportuni-
ty (o improve your skills with
lyrics and words, and even
play them to the class if you
wish, for there'll be a guitar
