BY-LAW NO. 5230 - to rezone Lot 22, Block 130,
D.L. 274, located on the north side of the 300 Block
East Third Street, from RM-2 Medium Density.
Apartment. Zone to CD-!4 Comprehensive -
Development Zone, to permit the construction of a
four-unit apartment building on the site; and to.
regulate permitted uses; size, shape, and siting of
buildings and structures, and the off-street parking
requirements in the CD-14 Zone.
