quihalla Highway as a sign Gf democracy in action.

responsible and careful. If they vote massively with
their speedometer, who in Victoria is to say they're all
wrong?

highways to spend $1 billion on a truly magnificent

atthe speed it was designed for.

Rather than slowing down traffic, the police should
encourage a smooth flow at whatever speed. Remove
the tatlgaters, laneblockers, careless lane-changers etc.

Let them fine the dangerous drivers rather than the
speeders. That would do more to enhance road safety
than any number of speeding tickets.
