FORMER WEST Vancouver artist Barbara Shelly’s scuptural
tapestries are on display this week at the Ferry Building
Gallery. Here, the artist is captured with a maquette for one
of her large architectural installations. Shelly is dedicating
her current exhibit, entitled Intimations of High Altitude, to
the memory cf her mother, who died fast year in West Van-
couver.
