@ Skippers’ Meeting:
Peter Speck, Publisher of the News and an avid sailor will conduct a pre-race skippers’ meeting on Thursday,
June 14, 7:30 p.m. at the North Shore News.

@ The Course:

From Dundarave Pier at 10:00 a.m. to a red marker (leave to port), set Yz mile WSW of Point Atkinson Lighthouse
and then to the Point Grey Bell Buoy (leave to star-board), .7 miles off the centre channel marker and finishing ;
at the Committee Boat off Kitsilano Yacht Club at 3:00 p.m. ;

@ The Awards:

Award plaques will be awarded in 29 categories including Best Nautical Dressed Crew, Youngest Crew Member ‘,
and new this year, Most Enthusiastic sailing Club. All judging will be conducted by the Awards Committee during aan
the race itself; there will be no inspection of vessels at the moorage. Leng
Awards ceremony will take place after the race in the Pelican Bay Dining Room at the Granville Island Hotel.

A buffet of snacks and sandwiches will be set up for hungry sailors.
