He is a journalist who provides: Expropriation Dear Editor: Moves currently under way to bring about the expropriation of privately-owned property indicate a dangerous mind set on the part of those who advocate such steps as a means of achieving socicty’s goals. Two recent cases involving a highway project and waterfront property, both on the North Shore, indicate clearly that some of the people we have elected to office see nothing wrong in the use of violence against anyone who would stand in their way.
