The win marked the initial play- off championship in the newly formed In- dustrial League, which got off the ground last September. Firemen advanced to the finals with their 3-2 shoot- out win over North Shore News two weeks ago Pegasus slipped into the championship match when they upset league champs. The ball caused a hectic scramble before Bob Ewings finally got enough of the ball to send it to the corner of the net.
