CITY OF NORTH VANCOUVER 1997 GARBAGE COLLECTION PROGRAM INFORMATION Effective January 6, 1997, The City of North Vancouver will be implementing a new Garbage Collection Program. The current "ADD-A-DAY" system will be replaced by a set day system. As in the past, garbage will not be collected on, Statutory Holidays. During the week of a Statutory Holidy garbage days may be shifted by one day. As an exarnole, if the Statutory Holiday fails on a Monday, Monday's garbage will be picked up on Tuesday, Tuesday's garbage on Wednesday and so forth.
