Morgan was only one of 15 students to be given awards. The essay topic Morgan wrote about was entitled ‘‘Our Aging Population’. W. Van arts festival seeking volunteers HARMONY ARTS Festival, a week-long event held Aug. 12-18 in West Vancouver, is looking for volunteers.
