COURT OF REVISION

TAKE NOTICE THAT a Court of Revision will be
held on Monday, the 13th day of April, 1987, at 7:25
P.M., in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 141 West
14th Street, in the City of North Vancouver, ona
parcel tax assessment roll prepared under the
authority of Sections 482 and 612(b) of the Municipal

Act.

The proposed parcel tax will be imposed upon the
owners of land or real property capable of being
drained into a sewer, whether or not the land is con-
nected with, or whether or not the land is drained
into the sewer, for the opportunity to use the sewer.

The said Court shall hear complaints and may §
review and correct the parcel tax assessment roll -
as to the names of the owners of parcels of land.

The said Court shall consider and deal with the
said parcel tax roll for sewer facilities made available
by the Corporation to properties which have been
subdivided or consolidated since the subdivision or
consolidation of those properties included in the
Parcel Tax Assessment Rol! certified by the Court
of Revisicn held on April 21, 1986, and up to and
including December 31, 1986.

The Parcel Tax Assessment Roll, or the Parcel Tax
Assessment Roll as revised, shall be kept open for
inspection at the office of the Land Agent/Assessor’
for at least ten days immediately preceding the day
appointed for the first sitting of the Court of Revision.

A complaint shall not be heard by the Court of
Revisicn unless notice of the complaint has been
made to the office of the Land Agent/Assessor, 141
West 14th Street, North Vancouver, 8.C., at least &
forty-eight hours prior io the time appointed for the #
first sitting of the Court of Revision. |
