North — Van duplex gutted A SINGLE North Vancouver man lost all his household posses- sions after a fire broke out in the duplex he rented at 264 East Third Street Thursday. North Vancouver City Fire Department said tenant Tony Henriques did not have fire in- surance. A NVCFD spokesman said the fire, which broke out at 7:55 p.m., gutted the house.
