SANDRA Richmond, author of Wheels for Walking, who wrote her book from her own
personal experiences with being handicapped, will be appearing at West Vancouver Me-
morial Library Wednesday, Sept. 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. to talk about writing and how to

get material published. All young adults and over are welcome. Here, Richmond poses
