By Michael Becker News Editor The program's objective was to provide members of the public with a chance to see areas of the watershed first hand. The GVRD used the program to explain and show watershed management practices. The tours were conducted June 15 to Sept. 17, The GVRD budget for the 1995 tour program was $50,000. The Capilano watershed bus tour route began at the Grouse Mountain ski resort parking lot and included stops at Cleveland Dam, the Windy Branch site at Capilano Lake, old settling tanks at Foundation Branch, Rodgers Lake and Hesketh Lookout.
