Meanwhile, Coun. Ernie Crist said he will call for Mayor Murray Dykeman’s resignation over the issue. - An appeal hearing has been set for Oct. 14, Dave Stuart, the district's direc- tor of corporate services, said the incident occurred on July 15 when a WCB official inspected. a utilities excavation site on the of Mount Seymour Parkway and Gaspe Place.
