(To establish fire limits within the District in the area north of
Horseshoe Bay. “Tyee Point’ and certain islands)

Notice is given that Council will consider Fire Limit Bylaw No. 3566, 1989 at their
Monday, 1990 February 26 meeting, to be held in the Municipal Hall of The Corpora-
tion of the District of West Vancouver at 750-17th Street. West Vancouver, BC., at

7:45 p.m.
Purpose:

To establish areas to be known as Fire Limits and within such limits

regulate the construction of buildings for precautions against fire in areas
that are difficult or impossible to adequately service with fire protection.
All construction of new dwelling units or an increase to an existing dwelling
by more than 50 per cent of the gross floor area require the installation
of a residential sprinkler system to the 13D Standard of the National Fire
Protection regutation 1984 edition.
