could be an interesting case."

Straith said that under Section
US of the Food and Drug Act, it is
considered an offence to sell
steroids without prescriptions. But

it is not considered an offence to
possess steroids.

Lucuriny is scheduled to appear
March 6 in North Vancouver pro-
vincial court for a tirst appearance
on the charge.

A conviction may result ina fine
not exceeding $5,000, a maximum
three-year imprisonment term, or
both.
