2 tomatoes
Olive oil
Dried basil

1. Remove tough end of asparagus.
2. Microwave asparagus spears in 2 tbsp water for 2 minutes.

3. Place in cold water to refresh and dry on paper towels. Break in half. Put 2 pieces in each ham

slice and roll up.

4. Arrange lettuce leaves on platter with tomato slices. Place ham and asparagus roll-ups on top.

Drizzle with small amount of olive oil and sprinkle basil on tomatoes.
