PATRICIA M (PADDI) ARTHUR is a partner in the firm. She
obtained her law degree in 1987 from the University of British
Columbia and was called to the Bar in 1988. Paddi received her
B.A. and graduate work in education systems of British Columbia
and formerly in the United Kingdom. Apart from teaching in both
jurisdictions, Paddi was a member of the executive Committee of
the B.C.T.F. and the President of th West Vancouver Teacher's
Association. She is currently on the Board of Governors of Capilano
College and Is the chairperson of the President Search Committee.
Paddi has been a fully participation member of West Coast L.E.A.F.
since its inception in 1985. She is also a member of the Canadian
Bar Association and the North Shore Bar Association. Her preferred
areas of practice are Family Law and Family Law Mediation.

ELIZABETH A. (LIBBY) KELLEY joined the firm as a partner on
July 1, 1994, having been an associate since July, 1993, and pre-
viously practiced with Neil M. Fleishman for many years. Libby
obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia
and was called te the Bar in 1982 and has a Master of Social Work
degree from the University of British Columbia. She is a member of
the Canadian Bar Association and a past president of both the
North Shore Bar Association and the Board of North Shore
Neighbourhood House.

STEPHANTE A. JACKSON joined the firm as an associate on
September 3, 1994. Stephanie obtained her undergraduate degree
from McGill University and her law degree in 1992 from the
University of British Columbia. Stephanie was called to the Bar of
British Columbia in September of 1994. Stephanie has a general
practice. with an emphasis on civil litigation.

expansions. We also want to be sure

offer the same level of expertise
and selection that our current one
provides. We wouldn't want to
disappoint a single customer.”
