The Variety Club's Dog-a-Thon Committee
would like to thank all those who participated
in the Dog-a-Thon at Mahon Park on
Saturday, April 30th. We raised enough
money to provide a service dog for Alicia
Calder, the little girl with cerebral palsy.

A special thank you to Mr. Tony Parsons and his dog Abby and
to the three judges - Mrs. Gladys Denholm, Mrs. Sharon Kariya
and Mayor Jack Loucks. Kudos to the following donors of goods
or services. Without their invaluable assistance, the Variety Club
Dog-o-Thon would not have been so successful.

“Paul, Eddie (Campbell) and

We worked that out in the studio
and then the orchestra came in
and play along. A 14-piece
orchestra set up in the studio and
then it plays along with your
record, It’s like, wow! | have all
the music, it’s framed and it’s in
my house. I’m just so proud of it.”
