Pax Royal Market merchants are in for a busy summer - and they're glad to see that The Market is being discovered by new North Shore shoppers every day. This concept has caught on, and the warm weather is keeping Carroll and his staff busy. Although Cin- Ful offers ice cream, customers have discovered that fresh-fruit frozen yoghurt is a great alterna- tive. Carroll's state-of-the-art juicer also provides sorbets and fruit and vegetable juices - and you won't find a pre-made fruit salad here - you pick the fruit, they make the salad. Cin-Ful also has a sit-in bar, which is a good place for morning coffee or a quick lunch. And Carroll's finding that The Market is a good place for him. “Cin-Ful, along with the rest of The Market shops, has that inventiveness that only small stores offer.
