Mackenzie in North Vancouver provincial court on Aug, 21: Simon Samuel Spence was fined $200 after the 20-year-old West Vancouver man pleaded guilty to failing to complete 75 hours of community work service by Oct. 4, 1990 as stipulated in a July 3, 1990 probation order. eee Henry Richard Simon Pierre was sentenced to two months in jail after the 38-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman June 6. Pierre, who is serving out his sentence on weekends, was also placed on probation until the sentence is completed. Before Judge A.
