GET READY, get up and go — to the Lynn Loop Fitness Feat planned for Sunday, May 28. Spon-
sored by the GVRD and the North Vancouver Recreation Commission, the event includes a jog and
a walk through the trails of Lynn Headwaters Park and the Seymour Demonstration Forest, while
