BUS/HOV LANES IN NORTH VANCOUVER MONTH VANCOUYAR The City and Distrit are considering the merits of retaining the existing HOV lanes on Keith Road. Mountain Highway and Brooksbank Avenue. During the month of September, HOV Janes will remain in effect and traffic will be monitored for vehicle backups and lane usage. The RCMP will be enforcing the Bus/HOV lanes for compliance to regulations. We would like to hear your opinion on the effectiveness of these facilities. A Public Meeting will be held in the City of North Vancouver Council Chambers to provide the opportunity for all City stakeholders (BC Transit, neighbourhood groups, etc.) to present their points of veiw. Date of the meeting will be announced later.
