North Vancouver provincial coust
on June 10:

Katrina Marie Bancroft, 18, of
North ‘Vancovuer, received 12
months’ probation after she
pleaded guilty to stealing money
from a person between Aug. 5
and Aug. 24, 1991 in North Van-
couver City.

Bancroft is required to do 50
‘hours of community work service
and pay the complainant $600
restitution.

Before Judge Anne MacKenzie in
Norta Vancouver provincial court
on June 8:

North Vancouver, was fined $400
after he pleaded guilty te
assaulting a female on March 14
in North Vancouver District.

Ronald Francis Grant, 45, of
North Vancouver, was fined $750
and is prohibited from driving for
four months after he pleaded guil-
ty to failing to provide a
breathalyser sample on May 17,
1991 in North Vancouver City.

Gregory Lorne Montaine, 32, of
North Vancouver, was fined a
total of $1,000 after he pleaded
guilty to assaulting two pecple on
July 29, 1991 in North Vancouver
City.

North Vancouver provincial court
on June 5:

Ji Sun Choi, 31, of North Van-
couver, received 12 months’ pro-
bation after he pleaded guilty to
assaulting a person on May 3 in
North Vancouver District. A pro-
bation term order states that Choi
does ‘‘not assault.”’

Watker in North Vancouver pro-
vincial court on June 3:

Rob Benjamin Severy, 20, of
North Vancouver, received six
months’ probation and 12
months’ probation after he plead-
ed guilty to stealing a package of
glue from Safeway on Jan. 22 and
the break and enter on June 2 of
a business at 179 West 2nd St. in
North Vancouver City.

after .he was found guilty of
possessing a stolen radar detector,

to a person on Dec. 29, 1991 in
West Vancouver.

Watts is required to pay a $75
victim surcharge.

Van Dai Pham, 28, of Van-
couver, received 12 months’ pro-
bation after he was found guilty
of stealing merchandise belonging
ro the Bay in West Vancouver on
Sept. 28, 1991. .

Pham is required to perform 50

BOULEVARD PARK CHANGE ROOMS.

A Public Meeting will be held on
MONDAY, JULY 13, 1992 at 7:30 pm,
for the Parks & Recreation Committee
to assess tHe need for preparation of a
Master Plan for that portion of
Boulevard Park bounded by Moody,
West Grand Boulevard, Thirteenth
Street and Fifteenth Street.

This meeting has been called as a
result of a presentation to the advisory
Design Panel of design drawings for
the reconstruction of the Boulevard
park Change Rooms. Several aspects
of the design such as purpose,
location and impact on the neighbour-
hood were questioned by the Advisory
Design Panel.

Prior to proceeding further, Council
determined that the City should
implement a process which results in
more public input.
