Aerobic Dance West are co-
sponsoring an Aerobic
Dance Instructor Workshop
March 19, 20, 21. This is the
second workshop in the
Vancouver area, giving
participants the skills and
materials to conduct safe,
professional and enjoyable
classes.

Returning registrants
report that, as a result of the

November workshop, their
classes in many B.C.
communities are growing in
popularity.

Aerobic Dance is the use
of easy jazz choreography
specifically designed to
exercise upper and lower
body muscles and increase
heart rates — an enjoyable
way to increase cardio-
pulmonary endurance,
flexibility, strengthen
muscles and burn up

calories.

For fitness instructors, or
dancers, or anyone who is
moderately fit and feels
comfortable with movement
and music, this could be the
start of a new fitness ex-
perience — teachiing others
through this pleasurable
fitness medium.
