blocks to prevent parties
generating into trouble spots
and to keep liquor out of
public places.

The approach seems to
work. Almost half the total
of bottles confiscated last
weekend were seized. from
Cypress Bowl as a result of
road blocks set up there.

Enforcement will be
maintained throughout the
summer, he promises, and
will be stepped up

Brolly says of the
