AUTOMOTIVE Forest Service roads opened for all-terrain vehicle recreation use RECENT CHANGES to Forest Service road regula- tions now make it vossible for all-terrain vehicles to use Forest Service roads under certain . conditions, Forest Minister Art Char- bonneau announced recent- ly. Charbonneau said the Forest Service received input from indi- vidual all-terrain vehicle users, recreation associations, and other groups such as the trappers and wildlife interests, and is satisfied that all-terrain vehicles should be allowed on Forest Service roads. Under the new regulation, aill- terrain vehicle operators must have a valid driver’s licence and must be carrying a minimum of $200,000 worth of liability in- suranice.
