vogue for affordability

architect Richard Kadulski.

small home designs commis-

sioned by the magazine two
and a half years ago, to
show the potential for
energy-efficient, healthy and
affordable housing that can
be built within reasonable
financial means. These
homes also reflect today’s
concerns for environmental-
ly friendly homes by using
fewer materials and less
energy (which also gives
lower operating costs).
