Shaw in North Vancouver provincial court Dec. 7: David Lee Meller was fined $100 and ordered to pay $38.40 in com- pensation after the 34-year-old Vancouver man pleaded guilty to mischief in connection with a Sept. 17 incident in which a telephone booth was kicked and damaged. wae Kevin Drew Laycock received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for one year after the 18-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to committing mischief in connection with a Sept. 25 incident in which plants at Gould & McCue Jewellers in Edgemont were thrown against a building. Laycock was also ordered to pay restitution of $36 to the jewellers and apologize to them. Before Judge C.I. Walker in North Vancouver provincial court Dec. 5: Jon Christopher Davion Parker was fined $100 and was placed on probation for one year after the 21-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to possessing can- nabis resin and Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) in connection with an Oct. 22 drug seizure.
