The event takes place in North Vancouver’s Mickey McDougall Gym, 300-block East 23rd Street, from 6:15 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Mon- day, Oct. 31. This wicked workout is a com- bination class appropriate for all fitness levels, and will feature rotating instructors and non-stop music. Everyone is welcome, including those new to fitness. Wear a costume to get into the spirit, but one is not necessary to join the fun.
