Man fined for hit, run

A SURREY man was fined $250 in
West Vancouver provincial court
last week following a hit-and-run
incident in the upper parking lot of
the Cypress Bow! ski area.

Mark Anthony Polman, 18, was
charged following an incident at
1:40 pom. Feb. 4 in which he
backed his 1980 Ford Bronco into
