Too much time and
energy is being wasted on
the abortion and pro-
abortion issue — it has
always been a matter of
individual free choice. As a
midwife for 20 years, two
incidents convinced me for
legal abortion — caring for a
12 year old in labour, and a
mother of three who had an
legal abortion and died
later that evening as a result
