display called Material Things.
The work of custom furniture
designer Greg Metz is also on
display.

Skeet said her collection,
Material Things, is based onan
interest in the statement clath-
ing, makes about a person.

“It can be used to hide or

exhibit our bodies, something
to merely keep warm or some
of the most intimate things we
possess, Clothing can proclaim
our social and economic status
and is often used to say “This is
who I am’,” said Skeet.

She encourages viewers to
