J Curtain rising on Beautiful City CAP Theatre’s first production of the 96/797 season is its last at Presentation House, On Nov. 22 the Capilano College the- atre program is staging Beautiful City at the coinmunity theatre, before moving its productions into the college’s 350- seat theatre, set to open in January, Beautiful City, a comedy by Governor Generali Award-winning — playwright George F, Walker, is directed by the the- atre faculty’s Bill Murdoch. The produc- tion is designed by Vince Folgazan and features the acting of second-year stu dents, The play runs through Saturday, Nov. 30.
