Grandison in West Vancouver
provincial court or: Sept. 26, 1995:

Van Lang Nguyen, 49, of
Vancouver, was fined $1,200 and had
his driver's licence suspended for 12
months after he pleaded guilty to dri-
ving while prohibited on June 25,
1995 in West Vancouver, |

Nguyen was required to pay a
$100 victim surcharge.

Before Judge Reginald
Grandison: in West Vaacouver
provincial court on Sept. 25, 1995:

Scott Aaron Camptell, 20, of
North Vancouver, was fined $600 and
had his driver's licence suspended for
12 months after he pleaded guiity to
being the driver involved in a hit-and-
run on July 16, 1994, in West
Vancouver.

Stuart Craig Coverdale, 27, of
North Vancouver, was fined a total of
$250 after he pleaded guilty to speed-
ing and driving without a licence on
‘ Aug. 15, 1995 in West Vancouver.

Matthew James Arthur. Stride, 26,
of Bowen’ Island,’ was jailed seven
days and fined $200 i in connection
with the following:

found guilty of stealing a can of
money belonging to the Variety Club
on Oct. 19, 1994 in West Vancouver.

A probation term order states that
Kinney is not to be found in West
Vancouver,

Kinney's criminal record was pre-
sented in court.

Jason Edward Kittler, 20, of West
Vancouver, received six months’ pro-
bation after he pleaded guilty to pos-
sessing marijuana on June 5, 1995 in
West Vancouver.

Daniel Cazywolf Martel. 32, of
Vancouver, was jailed a total of 90
days after he pleaded guilty to:
stealing merchandise on Aug. 18,
1995 belonging to Zellers in West
Vancouver;

@ possessing a switchblade (prohibit-
