A NEW family housing project
officially opencd in North
Vancouver on Saturday.
Members of the Entre Nous
Femmes Housing Society cele-
brated the completion of
Margaret Heights, a develop-
ment that provides 19 homes
for families with low incomes.
The project includes two-
bedroom units that have been

modified to accommodate
people with physical
disabilities.

The development is funded
under the federal-provincial
social housing program. The
society will receive an annual
subsidy of $232,000 to ensure
that tenants pay no more than
30% of their income for rent.
