The response to our ads ‘in, your newspaper has been quite, over
wHelming. The photography work especially has been commented: con,by ;
many of our customers. People actually come in. asking to see "the' “
private patio where the couple in: the picture were playing Fe eam"
‘or "the enclosed courtyard off the kittchen where the couple were eating |

. outside". - Thank you too Dave, for convincing us on how important
pictures are in an ad of this nature.

Originally, when we operiéd for sales late in April, we expected

to carry through September. Thanks to. your super coverage it appears _
that we will be sold out at least two months edrly as we only have five
units left. ‘from the original twenty-two. We recently reviewed our sales rd
and clearly determined that 95°5 of our purchasers came to us through *
our ads in the North Shore News. Our advertising program has occasion—

ally included three other newspapers which brought little or no results..

We are sure of this fact as our sales people are instructed to ask every-
vone how they heard about our development and record this information.

These inquiries have indicated that the North Shore News has by far, the
best coverage for any business on the North Shore.
