Don Bell's motion requesting provincial Education Minister Paul Ramsey and the premier to reappoint the previously elected board as soon as possible. The North Vancouver School District has been without elected represen- tation since the school board was removed Jan. 18 and replaced with a government-appointed trustee, Bob Smith. Smith recently completed his report on the school district's deficit and finan- cial problems.
