Before Judge Doug Moss on April 17: Antonin Cap, 58, of North Vancouver, received nine months’ probation after he pleaded not guilty to pos- sessing, marijuana for traffick- ing purposes, but instead pleaded guilty to the lesser or included offence of posses- sion. Before Judge Moss on Feb. 21 Maciey Foksowiez, 23, of Vancouver, was fined $800 after he was found not guilty as charged but found guilty of possession. The original charge was possessing marijuana lor traf- ficking purposes on Sept. 5, 1998 in Squamish. The judge — ordered $1,055 returned to Foksowicz as it was not pro- ceeds of crime. On March 3 before Judge Jerome Paradis, Foksowicz was fined $350 after he pleaded not guilty to possess- ing marijuana for trafficking purposes, but instead pleaded guilty to the lesser or includ- ed offence of possession.
