FRAHCIS ~ Grant AC., passed away
Tuesday, May 18, 1993 at the age of 82.
Predeceased by his wife Murie! in 1987.
A generous father, an accomplished
fisherman and past Master of the
Masonic Lodge. He will be missed by his
son Brent; daughter-in-law Jane; and his
two pride and joys, grandchildren
Amanda and Jeffrey. Arrangements by
First. Memorial Society. No memorial
service by request. Donations to B.C.
Cancer Clinic are appreciated.

OWEN = Evan James passed away May
17, 1993 in the Palliative Care Unit at
Lions Gate Hospital in the company of
his family, following a courageous battle
with cancer. He will be sadly missed but
Gever forgotten by his wife Betty;
daughters, Roxanne (John), Shannon
(Dave) and Paddiann_(Jeff); 4 grandsons,
Jamie, Christopher, Tanner and, Shawn;
1 brother Ted and his children John,
Justine and Jamie. A private family
Funeral Service was held. Arrangements
through FIRST MEMORIAL FUNERAL
SERVICES.

PARRY - Lew M. passed away May 15,
1993 in Lions Gate Hospital. Lew was
born in Lethbridge, Alberta in 1905 and
came to Vancouver in 1917. He started
in his working years in the sheet metat
business then as art director of Neon
Products. During the was, personnel
manager in 3 war plant, then his tife
ambition, the film business until his
setirement. He was known as “Father of
B.C. Film Industry." Survived by his
beloved wife Evelyn of 56 years; nephew
James Patty; niece Casey Evans;
brother-in-law - Dr. Sidney Evans; and
many itiends. Predeceased by his
brothers, Em and Mel. A memorial ser-
vice will be held at First Memorial
Funeral Services, 1505 Lillooet Road,
North Vancouver, at 2 p.m. on Wednes-
day, May 26. In fiew of flowers, dona-
tigns may be made to the charity of your
choice,
