Sidewalks will be extended from 23st to 22nd Street in the year 2000 budget. Wheelchair letdowns along 22nd Street will be imple- mented at a cost of $18,000, to enable both wheelchairs and baby carriages te have access to the school. The remaining $40,000 will be allocated to the ongo- ing Capilano Sidewalk Project. Since the money was allo- cated last year, the Pemberton Heights Community Association has reconsidered its needs.
