In September 1996 council received a complaint about The
Palms Bed and Breakfast on Marine Drive.

It closed down, but was drawn to couneil’s-attention again
this spring after a neighbor complained ind produced Palme
advertising. ‘ :

Palms owner Heidemarie Schmidt said 28 bed and, break-
fasts were operating in West Vancouver and she was being
unfairly singled out.
