A JU-YEAR-OLD Port Maody
man was recently jailed seven days
in connection with charges of
assault and committing mischief,

Kenton Larry Braine pleaded
guilty to the charges stemming
from incidents that occurred in
North Vancouver City on May &.
1993,

The assault charge involved a
female.

The mischief charge was related
to the wilful damage of a door,
table, sign, desks, walls, and drill
hits belonging to another person.

Braine also received 12 months’
probation in connection with the
incident

The jail sentence is to be served
on weekends.

Judge Bill Rodgers sentenced
Braine in North Vancouver provin-
cial court on Jan. 26.
